FREE RETURNS
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from SpillShop you can return your order to us for a full refund. Just use the Returns form somewhere down below, or read on for more detail.
Return with SpillShop are simple:
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date – just start the process before midnight on the last day!
- Products must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is FREE – yes, you pay nothing to return your purchase.
- We will arrange collection from wherever the goods were delivered to. If you would like to arrange collection from an alternative address, please call us to discuss.
- A credit will be applied to your account once your return has been received and processed in the warehouse.
When you return a product please include the following in the carton:
- A copy of your original SpillShop Tax Invoice or delivery docket.
- The product's original packaging, including any instruction manuals, information booklets, and the carton or container.
Easy as 1,2,3
- Put the return items in your original SpillShop Carton or any cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
- Write 'Return to SpillShop' on the Shipping Box.
- Fill in the Returns form below and leave all the fun stuff with us. We’ll arrange the necessary paperwork and book a collection with our freight provider: you’ll only need to fix the labels to the carton.
